The 2010 Mustang GT Shaker Hood System is a fully functional unit that forces outside cold air into the factory or aftermarket air box. The system attaches directly to the engine and sports a well-designed engine cover with Ford Racing badges. Topping the system is a cast aluminum scoop, which is identical to the original Shaker included on the famous 1969-1970 models. The Shaker Hood System kit includes all mounting hardware, duct work, template and detailed instructions. Installation can be completed in three-hours or less with basic tools.

The results were a little surprising to say the least. According to SP 2005-09 S197 Mustang GT's were dynoing around 255 bhp and the 2010 Mustang GT peaked at 280 bhp. Even though the new 2010 Mustang GT is rated for 315 horsepower it may be packing a little more punch given these dyno numbers. Not sure why Ford would under rate the Mustang GT but anything is possible these days.
Also wenn man in den Amiforen liest, wo scheinbar sie alle Ihre Stangs auf den Dyno schicken, bringt der 05-09 auch zwischen 270-290 bhp. Denke kann man schwer verallgemeinern, da die einzelnen Autos scheinbar doch sehr untersdchiedlich gehen.
Ist aber so oder so mehr als genug für nen bisschen Fun.
